Citizenship
Hey guys, been many years since I've logged in. I am so out of the loop on what's what nowadays so I have a few questions.
I am finally going to do my Citizenship. I have 6 months left on my 10 yr Green Card. Is that enough remaining for me to apply? Any issues? I did read it can take quite some time to process through to finish. Is it going to matter if my GC expires before hand?

Re: Citizenship
You can get it at any time, but it makes sense to wait until the card is about to expire. Be prepared for a long wait on the N400 depending on your area, backlogs are huge.
(Here in Atlanta it's 1-2 years right now)

I see that you have 'rejoined' BE to post. If you remember your former user name, we will be happy to assist you in reopening your old account. I will ask one of the super mods to contact you.
