My Fiancée and I have submitted the I-129F and have received the 1st NOA. I am the
alien Fiancé and I am now moving from the address that was on the I-129F.

Should I contact the Vermont service center and let them know or wait until the
consulate in Canada has the file and have them change the address?

Thanks, Peter (CDN) & Kimberly (USA)

One thing that I have seen others post here and which might work for you is this:
once the petition is approved, your US fiance could FAX the approval notice and a
cover letter to the Canadian consulate, advising them of your new address and asking
for a provisional file to be established. This would appear to be a workable
solution, since it has reportedly worked for others.

alvena I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, this is information which is
provided for the purpose of discussion.

My finacee moved while we were waiting for the 2nd NOA from the TSC. What I did was
just call them and talk with the INS person on the phone, and tell them the fiancee
has moved and that you need to change the address. They changed it while we were on
the phone, because our information was in the computer. This was done 2 months before
our 2nd NOA was done.
