I was wondering, upon sending in my I-129 for my fiance, I used my current address
(we are currently awaiting his interview in London) however, a week or so after we're married we will be moving, same state, same town, just down the road. So will I need to contact the INS ahead of time of our address change or will filing our AOS with our new address be sufficent? Thanks again Mandy US Matt UK |
Don't confuse the INS. File the I-485 with the new address so that it is consistent
throughout. The address used on the K-1 is not going to make a bit of difference in your filing. The brown envelope is held until the local INS office calls for it when you have filed. Rita > > week > > > > > |
