Certificate of Naturalization and registration number
We became citizens of the US - received a certificate of naturalization - and we are filling out forms for the permanent residence of our parents.
My question was -
The certificate has two numbers:
- a number on the top of the certificate that simply says: No.
- INS Registration Number (this used to be the permanent resident number).
Now, is the naturalization number the number on the top of the certificate or the INS Registration number?
Thanks

Re: Certificate of Naturalization and registration number
The red one is the Naturalization Certificate number. The other one is the Alien
number. If the forms asks for the naturalization certificate number put the red one.
Which form are you filling out and which block are you talking about?
