Certificate Evaluation for H1B?
Hi all,
My husband has a MBA from a British university, and now we would like
to move to the states for working.
For H1B, is it still necessary to evaluate his British MBA? Or as it's
relevently equal to an American (MBA) degree, we could then save this
procedure?
And another question, do we also need to let his bachelor degree to be
evaluated? Well, it should be clear that one must have a Bachelor
degree first, then he could make a MBA, isn't it? ;-)

His MBA should be evaluated because it may or may not be the equivalent of a US MBA. That's the purpose of the evaluation... to make that determination.
By this logic, someone with a PhD should also have a Master's degree... but that just isn't true.

Agreed. I know a chap that's got an HNC to go with his MBA.
