Hi I wanted to find out if I can carry my priority date if I switch jobs. My labour cert
is complete and am going to apply for I140.

What are the circumstances under which I can do this? I can do my labour cert and I140
again but can I keep the priority date

Thanks

You can indeed keep the PD, but only if the I-140 for the first job was approved, and if
the employer did not withdraw it.
