Does anyone know if this has ever been done ? If yes did immigration attorney bring case to court or a different type of laywer? of can this be part of same law suit Mamadaus (I think) |

Personally I think that a lot of District Court Judges would start invoking Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a lot. Also, the OP's question raises LOTS of issues which would be the Bar Examination "cross-over" question on Torts, Damages, & Jurisdiction from Hell. |
