Can my finacee come to canada to see me after she files the I129 but before I get my
interveiw date at the consulate for me?, she is the US citizen

absolutely. a USC can visit Canada without a visa any time they like (unless she has
criminal background). Some of the Can/Am couples on here that filed an I-129F for
their fiance even accompanied the Canadian fiance to their interview in Montreal.
