Hi

I have a friend who gonna to open a new online business and wish me to work
for him as e-commerce director. I was wondering is new founded company
eligible to sponsor my H-1B visa?
what condition a company can sponsor H-1B ?

Yes, it can - we do it all the time. As long as the company can show that
it has enough money to support the H1B salary, they are OK. Also beware -
since the company is under 1 years old, the H1-B is going to be issued for 1
year vs. usual 3. Hope it helps.

No problem, it can. AFAIR there are no requirements on the length of
corporation's life.
