Does anyone know if a 'name check' can be performed prior to the interview
in Thailand?
What other things can be performed before the interview so as to expedite
things? How about the police report (or is that the same thing) and the
medical exam? Is that all covered in the packet #3 that my fiance will be
getting from the local embassy while we are waiting?
Thanks!!!

Not sure in Thailand, but in the Tel-Aviv, Israel embassy we did the police
and medical before we even filed the I-130. They mail it to the embassy
directly and it was there when we went in to file, they keep it for
something like 90 days.
