Hi,

I'm an european and work in the USA under a H1B. I would like to open my own business
(while keeping my job in New-York, my employer agreed on that). I'm aware I can
incorporate (very easy like in Delaware) but can I be an employee of my own company?
How can I legally have my own business beside my main occupation?

You can own your own business, but you can not work for it in any shape or form
unless you get the proper work authorization. You should discuss this with an
immigration attorney.
