Can I apply PERM through both Mail & Online?

Hi,

I am currently in H1b, and want to apply for the PERM.

For some special reasons, I want to apply for the PERM through both of the ways, mail and online system.

My question is:

1. Is it feasible, the same case through both ways?

2. I think the online application will be approved much faster than the mail one. So, after I get the approval notice of the online application, do I need to cancel the mail application? How to do?

I do appreciate for your help!

You are free to waste as much money in application fees as you desire.

You will not need to formally cancel the second application. However, I
guess that he'll abandon it. (i.e He will not proceed to get the green card
thru the 2nd application when he is already a permanent resident)

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

But, currently, there is no application fee for the PERM, right? I asked my boss to file the application, no lawyer. So, there is no more cost to file the PERM twice.

Do you know some articles or rules which mentioned no need to cancel the 2nd appliaction? Could you forward them to me? I need those information before I do 2 PERM applications together.

Thanks a lot.
