can i apply for h-2b visa as f-1?
currently, i'm f-1 status. i read about the h-2b. while i'm in
america, can i apply for the h-2b?
i also read about the quota for h-2b. if i don't get the h-2b, will i
still be in f-1 status?

*You* can't apply for it. You would have to find an employer, and the employer
could apply for it.
