Can a H1 transfer be done while extension is enroute
I am currently working with Company A and my H1B petition is expiring
soon . Company A has already filed for an extension . I am now getting
a great offer from Company B and they are ready to transfer ny H1B
Can a H1B be transferred while the extension is filed with INS ?
