Can employer undo H1B revoke!
I am a Software Developer working in India. The employer filed h1b for
me last year. I got it approved and stamped last year. but was never
sent to USA.
Due to some mistake, our HR department accidentally asked USCIS to
cancel my H1B approx 1 month back. I was about to be sent on a project
to USA when they realized this. Now
1. Is there any way for company to cancel the withdrawal application?
2. How much time does it take for USCIS to withdraw H1B? is there any
way that employer can stop that from happening?
Please reply ASAP. Its urgent, I was abt to fly in 2-3 days, and this
issue came up!
