Can Company Revoke I-140?
It has been more than 6 months since I Filed I-485 (I-140 was already
approved). I switched jobs but the company is asking me to pay them
some money for them not to revoke the I-140. is this possible? I was
under the understanding that once I file I-485 they can not revoke
I-140?
Please can anybody advise since I feel like I am being blackmailed
Thanks

The company can withdraw the I-140 if they choose. They are definitely
blackmailing you. How much money are we talking about? Have they paid the cost
of the green card process or have you? However, there may be light at the end
of the tunnel, if someone can confirm that your switching jobs makes the
company's I-140 irrelevant at this stage...
In the meantime, stall as much as possible. Tell them to put in writing, then
say your lawyer is reviewing it, then tell them you want certain changes made,
etc. Just drag it out to buy time...
