Business Attorney Vs DIY Websites....

Dear all, i'm after anyone's experiences and opinions. I'm just about to setup our E2 LLC.

There's the usual plethora of online companies that offer this service, same as i've used previously in the UK, which have always been fine.

But, i've also been advised that, as a non-US citizen / resident, the complications of the US legal system mean it is better / safer to employ a business attorney to do this. To ensure it is done properly.

Difference in prices? Well, the business attorney is $900 while the website (LegalZoom) is $299 for the full package (and they act as registered agent).

Is the difference in price worthwhile?

Thanks in advance.
