For a male over the age of 75 you can expect to pay between $400 and $800 a month and based on the person's immigration and financial standing you can get a healthy subsidy the first few years. Also once 5 years are up for a cost of about $500 you can get full medicare coverage.
Can't you just pay Part A and B Medicare premiums? That's $531 per month.

You have to be resident for five years to be eligible to pay the Part A and Part B.

It's been a while but my recollection is that some forms required dd/mm/yyyy and others asked for mm/dd/yyyy. It could be my memory though. Either way, whatever dates are being requested have required format listed on the form and/or in the form instructions.

You can not be refused cover under ACA due to age.

He can probably get a Bronze plan for very little cost.

Also may be much better off with ACA than Medicare.

Thank you so much. Just one last thing. I just want to make sure that I am sending all the supporting documents. I am sending them the flowing documents

1. I-130 document
2. His marriage certificate
3. My birth certificate
4. My dad's birth certificate
5. My certificate of citizenship.

Are there any other documents I need to send them? Please note that I am sending them photocopies of all documents. Thanks again.

Looking at the I-130 instructions, it looks like you don't need item 4, but won't hurt to send it if you want to.

Don't forget the filing fee.

Looks complete to me.

I suppose the subject is not contained in the thread header as I couldn't find it with a cursory search. Do you remember the OP's name or anything from the thread header?
Thanks.
