What about time. Morning, afternoon, eve etc. Is it okay to give answers, depending on time of day or mood swing. Maybe even summer winter or Fall answers. This could be an interesting concept. Might even cheer up the mundane lives of the officers at USCIS.

Blue ink is not acceptable for government forms. Only black. I think congress debated this for several weeks...

No! Only the Charlie Oscar is allowed to sign in blue ink. Or, maybe you have an inflated view of yourself. If you're a peeon that the peeons pee on, then you must sign in BLACK.
