BIG Problem...Greencard Expired. HELP PLEASE
 

My wife misread the expiration date of her Green Card. Being from a latin
American country she thought 01/09/03 meant September 1, 2003. We were just in
the process of completing the Petition to Remove the Conditions on Residence
Form (I-751). What should we do? Can we send it in late? Is this very serious?

File the I-751 NOW.
This will give you a letter of extension while they make a decision.
