Default best new career for E3 visa

hi all,
happy new year!

daft question I'm sure, but if we were to train for a new profession, what is the most wanted skill for USA employers?

I.e. which job are we most likely to find an employer willing to employ a new skilled person under an E3 Visa?

Many thanks

R

In my neck of the woods, I'd say "physician". We're a desperately underserved area and there are huge incentives for MDs willing to sign on to work in a rural area. As long as you can pass the USMLE you're well on your way.
