B1/B2 visa question

Hello All,

My mother has held a B1/B2 visa for last 5 years but never visited US (due to some changes in circumstances).

Her visa has just expired. I am wondering, will this non-visit factor be a negative mark on her future B1/B2 application?

Thanks and Regards,

Re: B1/B2 visa question

No, non-use will not affect future B2 applications.

Re: B1/B2 visa question

Non-use is probably a positive over never having one or having one refused. She didn't use it to move in when she had the chance.

Thanks All... My mother has been granted visa with only one question asked, why did you not visit last time :)...
