The latter first.

I will be marrying in China in Oct.
I need a certificate of reliable employment and an afidavit of a single
person.

The afidavit of a single person is at the Embassy website. Neat and easy to
understand and prepare.

But no where can I find information about the reliable employment form. I
cannot get anyone at the embassy to explain its contents.

I can guess but this is not a guessing game. It is very serious.

Help please.
What do they want just an explanation what I do where I do it and for how
long I have done it; also, I suppose a mention of doing in long into the
future. All a course neatly signed the the ceo and president of the comany.
Anything else???
