Hi, I need to fill in the above form since we have moved since getting my Permanent Res. Card. (Im filing it late as I completely forgot I had to tell them - the address they had was my in-laws). What I need to know is; do I have to fill in a separate form for me, my daughter and my husband? My husband is an American Citizen but my daughter and I aren't. We all moved in together at the same time. I am due to send in my removal of conditions between May 18th and August 18th 2010.

Your USC spouse needs to do an I-865 (sponsor's change of address). That one cannot be done online. Go to www.uscis.gov, Forms, download the I-865 and mail it in.
I am not sure what your daughter needs to do, but I would assume since she's a PR, she'll also need to do an AR-11, unless you can somehow include her on yours.
