Greetings Folks,

My wife and I are moving in a couple weeks and need to give our pals
at the BCIS a AR-11 Change of Address form. The form is pretty
straight forward, but I have one question on two entries. One asks
for Port of Entry and the other for date. Would this be her original
Port of Entry, and date or her most recent (as we have travelled out
of the country and reentered a couple times since she orignally came
over).

You can put the POE that she was admitted to most recently. Under when her stay expires place "pending AOS". I think either is ok though.
