Default Approved I-130

Hello! I am in U.S. right now and moving to canada next month. I am a US Citizen. Me an my husband are going to canada on the basis of PR in canada so that he can come back to US as we already has an approved I-130. I am not able to adjust his current status because he entered on false passport so what is the procedure through canada. When and how do i transfer my approved I-130 or do i have to file a new I-130 and how long will it take for him to come back to US? Will he be able to get the greencard right when we come back to US and how long does the processing usually take in Canada? I cannot afford to stay in canada for too long?

I'd spend a little more time worrying about this bit:
"because he entered on false passport "
which is not something that can be answered on a newsgroup.

It depends on what was indicated on the I-130 concerning the procedure:
adjustment of status or consular immigrant visa processing. If there were
no problem with the fraudulent entry, you may anticipate 6 months to one
year processing time before your husband can enter the U.S.

Will he be able

Under consular processing, the person becomes a permanent resident at the
port of entry. For timing, see above.

Meauxna is right. You must consult with a competent immigration attorney
immediately. Certain types of fraud can get a person barred from the U.S.
for life. I don't think you realize how serious is is that your husband
used a passport other than his own to enter the U.S.

I cannot afford to stay in

Approved I-130 was for adjustment of status.
Do I have to file another I-130 for consular immigrant visa processing.
Problem with the entry has been solved by getting a volunteer departure, which has been granted.
