hi, i've h1b visa valid for another three years. and i'd like to go out of the
country but i don't have visa. i'm planning to go to vancouver to get a visa in us
consulate which is close to me. but my question is if they reject what will happen.
can i still enter in the united states from canada with my valid h1b visa. any
suggestions are welcome. thanks in advance.

If you have an approved H-1B, you do not need a visa to travel to Canada and back to
the U.S. You can travel on your approval notice and new I-94. Therefore, if they
rejected you, you should still be able to come back to the U.S. unless there are
other issues.
