I am f1 graduate student. My i-20 was terminated by the school. I was
then asked by the school's dso to apply for reinstatement. I then
applied for the reinstatement through the school 3 months ago but have
not head from ins. I have not received receipt or acknowledgement of
receipt on my application from ins. The schools claims they submitted
the application to ins 3 months ago. I have strong feelings that the
shcool did not submitted the application to ins. What should I do? can
some advice me.

Also what will happen if a sponsor decides to apply for h1 visa for me
after school, taking into consideration that I am out of status on the
f1. Hope to get help on these issues to make informed decission.
