AP and I-94

Hello Everyone,

We recently traveled out of the US using an AP. We left from Guam, and returned
through Seattle. Everything went smoothly until we went through INS at Seattle.

When we left Guam, the airline called INS to ask what the proceedure was for travel
using an AP document. The airline ticketing agent told me that INS Officer told her
to leave my wife's I-94 in her passport. When we arrived in Seattle, the INS
Inspector there took the I-94 out of the passport. I questioned this and was once
again treated to the joy of dealing with certain INS officials.

Did anyone else have the I-94 removed from the passport?? Is this likely to cause us
any grief?

Any input regarding personal experiences would be appreciated.
