Just received an RFE on my AOS from an H-1B to permanent residency. Both my lawyers and I agree that I've already submitted everything that they've asked for.

Sigh.

Mutter mutter.

Off to resend it all with a cheery smile on my face.

It may not seem like it, but this could well be good news - it means that somebody is actually looking at your file, instead of it just being in a queue somewhere. Anecdotally, more than once I've had an approval come through very quickly after responding to an RFE.
