AOS IRS Tax Return or Transcript

Hi, Were having difficulty understand exactly what the petitioner needs to upload for the AOS on the ceac. We are trying to get the Transcript off the IRS Website but it does not recognise my Wifes SSN, thus resulting in not being able to get the tax transcript the CEAC seems to require. So far we have uploaded, copies of her most recent W2's from her previous 3 jobs inclusive of her current full time role, Our marriage certificate, Her birth certificate, A letter from he employer stating the date she started working for the company, which includes her hourly rate of pay and contracted hours, signed by her assistant store director. and 2 recent pay stubs. she has also filed the I863EZ Form.

Were trying to understand as to wether the Transcript or the Tax return is essential or will the w2's suffice. there for should we select "not available"?

we have a copy of her Form 1040A (Individual Income Tax Return) Can someone please help?

Thank you in advance, Much appreciated

Re: AOS IRS Tax Return or Transcript

You can send a chippy of the etie tax return (1040A plus any schedules if there are any). All pages. The W-2 alone is not enough... that is just part of the whole tax return.
