Two quick questions...I have my AOS interview on Tuesday is it necessary to get
'Sworn statements from at least two persons, attesting to the length of time
petitioner and beneficiary have been residing together in Marital Union.' as it is
not requested on what to bring but I saw it on a website.

Secondly, are the photos they request of beneficiary and petitioner 2"x2" passport
photos or the immigration photos from the side...

Thanks Justin

1. If you have lots of proof of the relationship, you don't need the affidavits.
2. Adit photos are needed, these are used to make the green card.

Were not your ADIT photos submitted when you submitted the application, and the
photos being referred to here (for AOS interview) are "proof of relationship"
(candid) photos ?
