Anyone who has been to San Francisco INS?

My wife and I have our AOS interview scheduled for 10:00am on Monday the 23rd.

For those of you who have been to the downtown San Francisco INS office, could
someone let me know what the parking situation is around that time of day? Is parking
relatively difficult to find?

I prefer to take BART but my wife really doesn't like it so we are tentatively
planning on driving into the City that day. I already know about the traffic problem.
Just trying to get a handle on what to expect from a parking standpoint.

Thanks,

I don't know anything about the INS office, but I grew up near San Francisco.
Parking? 10:00 on a Monday? LOL. Tell your wife that finding a parking spot anywhere
in San Francisco on a Monday morning may be the most difficult task you have faced
yet in the immigration process. Park at Daly City Bart and ride in in comfort. Bart
is really very nice. Not like a subway at all. Bring cab fare if you need to travel
in the city (although it's a small city, and you can walk almost anywhere), and don't
forget a few bucks for a celebratory trip to Fisherman's Wharf for hot Clam Chowder
or fresh cracked crab (Mmmmmmmmm.....).

Good Luck.

If you take BART, get off at the Montgomery station, then walk 1 block east to
Sansome. Go north on Sansome a few blocks (maybe 4 or 5) and you will find the INS.
