Anyone know if you need to make an appointment for Interim EAD in Boston?

We're coming up on 90 days for my wife's EAD application. According to
USCIS processing dates, NBC is working on applications filed in January.
And we filed in April. So it doesn't look like she'll have the EAD before
the 90 day mark.
So, my question is, do we need to make an appointment to go get the interim
EAD? Or can we just walk in? Seems like some offices require an
appointment and some don't. But I'm not sure how to find out. It doesn't
say anything about it on Boston page the USCIS web site. And I know better
than to call the 800 misinformation line. I know they're not using the
InfoPass system yet. Anyone have first hand experience?
Thanks.

If the Boston page doesn't say you need to make an appointment or go at a certain date and time.. you should be able to go anytime.
For instance in the Tennessee website they show a schedule of the days you can go pick up the Interim EAD.
Don't call the miss-information line please!

Check at http://infopass.uscis.gov/
The list of offices does not include Boston, but it also doesn't include
the office we went to today either. I guess you have to register and
apply for an appointment before you know for sure if you can. You can
also cancel the request at almost any point in the registration process.
In other words you go almost all the say through the pages at that site
and at the last one just click on "Cancel".

I knew that you could use InfoPass at some offices, even if they weren't on
the list. But not Boston yet. I tried to use it to make an appointment and
it told me it wasn't available in my area yet.
