Any restrictions on entering the US when under an insolvency agreement?
Hi.
Are there any restrictions on entry to the USA on a student visa if presently under a "Debt Relief Order" (like bankruptcy-lite) or full-blown undischarged bankrupt?
Any info, or pointers toward info, that you can share will be gratefully received.

None as long as it remains a civil rather than a criminal matter.

Same restrictions as anyone else. Assuming your question is really if the BK will have any effect, I would venture probably not.
