Any Potential P-1S Application Issues During A CR1 Application?
I hope someone could please answer the following for me.
Would there be any potential for issue for my employers applying for a short period P-1S work related visa during the process of my application for a CR1?
Thank you in advance.

So assume you divorced, then married a USC and are now a sports coach?

Recently engaged with marriage planned to a USC.
I work in the music industry so my client will be needing me in the US a year from now on a P-1S prior to completion of the CR1 that will be by then, in motion.

I am a retired immigration lawyer now in inactive status. Hence I can’t give any real advice. That said, I feel comfortable with recommending at least consultation with a knowledgeable lawyer. Further, the way you posed the question in your initial post is good. I can envision that mention of dual intent in the questions posed to the lawyer might engender confusion.
