That's because we're not lawyers... we have nothing to lose by stating what we believe to be the truth. A lawyer's main concern is to cover his own ass when giving advice... we don't have that constraint, so we tell it like it is.

You simply wouldn't believe the number of people who actually try to do exactly that. We have no idea if you're one of those... but I, at least, am willing to bet on it. When people are desperate, they do stupid things.
