I can't believe it!!!! After I saw that Paul's I-130 had been approved and I
responded to his message yesterday morning, and after having talked to my husband on the phone last evening and joking with him that "hey, maybe ours will be approved also since we had a similar 1st NOA to Paul's!". I just called the TSC automated line a while ago and it said that our application was APPROVED and the notice was sent out today, July 5!!! I had to listen to the message twice to believe it!!! I really wasn't expecting ours to be approved for another 6 months! This is unbelievable !! July 5 was 1 year exactly since I last saw my husband in Morocco. Catherine K.M. (USC) Karim (Morocco) Sent I-130 to TSC on 26 Aug 2000 Received 1st NOA on 13 Sep 2000 |

Oh Catherine, this is so sad that you had to be away for so long. My wife is an
Indian citizen and I am a US citizen my I130 reached them on Aug 15, 2000, (almost same time as yours) and it cleared the INS, NVC and now my wife got her interview call for Aug 17. YAY!!! :) You should have done what I did. Called your husband here for some months on a tourist visa. My wife lived with me for 7 months. It actually helps if you demonstrate that the person has gone abroad and come back without overstaying. Hindustani "Catherine K. M." wrote: > > > > > > |
