American Passport Renewal with LTR Stamp
My wife now has the LTR in her passport! Yehaa! Now the question is, since the passport is in her maiden name and has the very important stamp in it, what happens if she goes for her new name change on her passport before the LTR expires in two years? Does she have to renew the whole thing with a name change before the LTR expires? Another trip to NYC? Another $455.00? Or what?
