advice about family based visa time line
hi as you all know i started visa process 1999 with my sister sponsering me and hubby, my sister is a usc. We have nearly completed process now, but she sent affidavit of support in oct last year, we then had to send all our docs ie birth cert marriage etc and police checks passport pics which they received on 6th dec, we then got another email saying they hadnt received affidavit of support from my sister so we sent them again, they received them january and emailed us to say they would review them and then we havent heard anything else as far as im aware i think the next process is medicals and visa interview how long does this final stage usually take its been about 6weeks since they received the affidavit i know i am being impatient lol.... thanks for any advice debbie
