7TH YEAR H1B EXTENSION - CHANGE OF EMPLOYER (MR MILLER PLEASE HELP)
I have few questions:
I am working with company XYZ and I am in my 5th year. If a company
ABC files for my labor certification, can I still extend my H1B to the
7th year with my current company XYZ ?
If so and I get extension for 7th year with company XYZ, can I switch
to company ABC in my 7th year ? In other words can I transfer my H1B
to the company who has filed for my labor certification in my 7th year
?
