6 month mark reached since filing i140 and i485
Just wanted to share that I am finally over the 6 month hump since filing the i140 and i485. Whilst it doesnt change anything for me day to day, i do feel more comfortable knowing if the current employer decides to let go of me, I've still got a chance to get the GC (i.e. they cannot recoke the i140).
For those who dont know, i140 approved, EAD/AP in hand. PD=Current. RD=Oct 11 2018, via EB2 PERM.
