Default 2 Different Receipt Numbers!

Guys I have this question.

I was reading earlier posts (I check this forum daily almost every 2
hours and am damn sure i have read the posts -and all their replies- in
the earlier 12 pages of this forum!! ), and something came up
that i wasnt aware of.

My receipt numbers (the ones i got by mail) are Different than the ones
on the back of my checks that i sent!

My AOS receipt for example ends in 25 while on the back of the check
they cashed is 22. all other digits are the same.

also my EAD and 130 receipts last two digits are entirley different!

is that usual? or maybe thats why whenever i search for my case online
it returns with null?

This online case status thing is madness. I am gonna do what Ian said,
just drop it and wait for regular mail. sleep better at night.

Default Re: 2 Different Receipt Numbers!

I had something similar happen, I got two notices with different A numbers on them when I applied for my 751. What I did was I called the 1-800 # for the California Service center, and after waiting forever they told me they had noticed it too and where in the process of updating thier system. So for piece of mind I would recomend calling or writing the service center you are working with.
