180+ day job change rule. Simple facts?

I have some very basic questions about changing jobs after waiting 180+ days with a
pending AOS(I-485). I am assuming that the applicant has a valid EAD. Also assuming
that the new job is of same/similar nature.

- Does the new employer need to file any paperwork with INS or DOL? Or can he hire
the employee just as if he were hiring an American citizen/GC holder?

- Does the employee need to do anything other than keep renewing his/her EAD, and
informing INS of his/her address change(asuming it changes)?

- Do we need to notify INS about the change of employer? If so, what form(s) to use
for this purpose?

Any experiences and input will be appreciated. Much thanks in advance!
