180 day clause
Does the 180 day clause in AC21 apply if you're on an H1B, or is it only
used for people with EAD and advance parole?
I am filing I485 and am on an H1B right now. If my employment is terminated
after 180 days, can I use the 180 day clause and work for a different
company, and still continue the same I485 process?
