17yo son resident in UK - Visa?
I am UK citizen resident in the US married to a USC. I have a 17yo son resident in the UK with his mother. He is a UK citizen and will be 18 in April 2011.
He currently visits me on the VWP, but I'm concerned this won't always be problem free.
Is there a visa option where he can be free to come and go without relying on the VWP?
