Thanks everyone for the good wishes, we are happy but I wouldn't kid anyone into thinking it is easy. 
If you come over without preconceptions then you can give it a good go, if it doesn't work for whatever reason then hold your head up and tell yourselves you gave it your best shot, but please don't blame it on the price of groceries
