I felt like that after the first few years here I was bored and fed up, I felt I had done Sydney. It takes a bit longer I found that after 3-4 years I thought of Sydney as home and not just a place to explore. you must be getting that way or you wouldnt have wanted to get back, it helps to make good friends I have Aussie friends and English friends it takes time but you should get there.
