Landed In OZ
Hi All
This is just an update to let everyone know. we have finally landed in OZ. on the 29th 3 am, After leaving the UK just as the snow and a long catch up with sleep we woke up to glorious Sunshine. then our real adventure began.
We are 1 week in now and loving Perth more and more each day. Still going through all the usually startup formalities ( banks, House, Jobs etc ) but slowly getting there.
We are currently living in Carramar in a holiday home for a few weeks but are looking at renting nearby and a school for my 11 year old daughter. We have looked in all the usual places and have a few viewings today and tomorrow so fingers crossed we find one we like.
My 19 year old son on day 3 has already applied for the Police force and is now working on getting his senior first aid certificate for them. he has been wanting to do this for years now.
My wife is currently happy been at home till my daughter settles in to school then she want a part time job.
So all in all it was all worth the effort and time and we dont regret it one bit.
Finally a thank you to all those who helped us through the process.
