Just returned after 2 years

we've managed it. We left Adelaide 2 yearas ago. We were only meant to stay for a year anyway and so we returned to get married, buy a house and settle down like proper grown ups do. It didn't last though.

We bought a beautiful house, had lovely jobs etc. but couldn't get Adelaide out our heads. So... we sold the house ( at a massive loss) and have returned to the beaches, the wine and the sunshine! :)

Instead of writing it all here. If you're interested you're perfectly welcome to read my blog :)

All i can say is . So far soooo good! ;)
Apart from the stress of finding a place to rent (which I suspect is normal!) I'm really glad to be back :)

Hi, this is brilliant news, and I am hoping for us it will be the best decision we will make about our life. We lived in Adelaide also, was meant to be forever but due to lost of stressful situations we came back to the UK, got house, jobs etc etc and we too have never got Adelaide out of our heads, & so we will have to rent our house out, get a loan, pack jobs in & return hoping we are not mad!

Good Luck with your rental, that in itself it stressful enough, can I ask if you had jobs to go to?

I know what you mean but I think it's better to have no regrets. If I hadn't have returned to England I wouldn't have been so sure about what I'm upto now :)
